ARTICLE 1 (APPLICABILITY OF CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE)

The carriage of passenger and baggage shall be subject to these Conditions of Carriage and the rules and regulations established thereunder in effect on the date of commencement of travel.

ARTICLE 12 (FREE AND DISCOUNTED FARES)

① A child accompanied by an adult in the same compartment shall be carried free of charge; provided that the infant does not occupy a seat. The above “Child” as used herein means a passenger who is under 6 years of age at the time of commencement of travel.

② The application for Child fare the “Child” as used herein means a passenger who is 6 years of age or over but under 13 years of age at the time of commencement of travel.

ARTICLE 28 (FREE BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE)

① Passengers paying applicable adult fare shall be granted the free baggage allowance of 40 kg (44 pounds) as checked baggage. Free baggage allllowance is two pieces with total weight 40 Kg

② Passenger paying applicable adult fare may carry one baggage suitable for placing in closed overhead rack or under passenger seat in the passenger’s custody, with maximum three dimensions of not more than 110㎝ (44 inches) and weight of not more than 20 kg (41 pounds).

ARTICLE 27 (EXCESS BAGGAGE CHARGES)

① Any weight of passenger’s baggage in excess of the allowable weight limit as provided in ARTICLE 28 shall be subject to excess baggage charge. Excess baggage charge of half of bus fare (16,000KRW) shall apply for 1 baggage a maximum weight per piece of 40 kg.

② A passenger may declare in advance the value of baggage and other property in excess of the limit of liability (USD $ 300).

ARTICLE 34 (LIMIT OF LIABILITY)

Unless a higher value is declared in advance, K Airport Limousine’s liability for damage to loss of baggage is limited to proven damages not to exceed US $ 300 PER PASSENGER.
